Scarlett Caldwell
Scarlett Caldwell, originally from CA enjoys performing in musicals and volunteering at the Humane Society. Scarlett has worked in Operations and Customer Success, focusing on program/project/vendor management, recruiting, training, and reorganizations for over 15 years. Scarlett’s change management and efficiency/effectiveness approach means she’s analyzing the data and building an infrastructure for the long term. She wants her customers to get the best solutions for the best price. Building things the right way the 1st time is important; we never want a customer to see us for the same situation or issue a second time. Scarlett’s basics are great data capture and review, interviews with team members, document retention, extensive organization, effective communication, planning, and always keeping communication at the forefront. Her approach is to solidify roots, so the branches have the most strength to grow from. While she may be planning and executing events, producing materials and comms for large-scale release, building with engineering for enhanced user experiences, training customer service perfection, performing full re-orgs, or finding best practices she does everything she can to allow businesses to shine the brightest they can.
